We are unique and special people who accept one another’s differences. We show respect to each other and share a love of learning. We have strong friendships that have grown over the years and whilst we might not play with everyone all of the time, we still care and are there for each other.

In 6J, we love to read! Here are some of our recommended books:

“I love this book because it tells you a lot about the Lionesses and the road to the finals!” – Matilda.

“My favourite part of this book is the joke about cheesy toes!” – Roman.

“I have just started to read this book and I am enjoying it so far. I am looking forward to seeing what comes after his training!” – Leo.

“This book made me just want to read it all in one go. I loved the plot and mystery of it!” – Emily.

“Ancient mythology is one of my interests and that’s why I love Percy Jackson books!” – Daniel.

"I love mythical sea-beasts and Herbie and Violet. I also love Erwin the talking bookshop cat. On the other hand, Sebastian Eels is an A-grade antagonist!” – Reuben.

We have a great curriculum in Year 6 – PE is one of our favourite lessons. Some of our sporting passions are: gymnastics, football, cricket, swimming, diving, dancing, acrobatics, golf, rugby, kick boxing and archery.

We are excited about activities week in the summer term and are ready for our Year 6 journey!
