Homework:

We are very lucky in 6T, as our class is very special for so many amazing reasons.

“The thing I love about my class the most, is that we can have fun and I can also trust everybody in the class.” Olivia

“I love my class because we all have lovely friends and care for each other.” Emma

Idle C of E Primary School has been a very special place to us in our journey through primary school.

“I like school because it is so big, we have: 2 trim trails, 2 playgrounds, 2 fields and loads of playground equipment to play with!” Oliver W

“I love my school because everyone is here for each other when we need them.” Amelia

We love reading and often recommend books to each other and explore a range of books and texts together. Here are some books we have recently read:

“Marcus Rashford’s book is amazing, it makes you believe in yourself and your dreams. It talks about not giving up and self-belief. It is probably for 8 years upwards. I rate it 10/10 because it is inspirational and teaches you.” Lydia

“I rate this book 5 stars, it is long and funny. Tom Gates is about a boy called Tom in a pretty ordinary life.” Daniel

“I recommend Bear Gryll’s books. I rate them 10/10 because I like adventure stories!” Patrick

“Percy Jackson and the Battle of the Labyrinth is a story about several friends venturing in to Labyrinth to stop their enemies from invading their camp. I loved it and would recommend it to anyone who likes adventure stories or Greek mythology. Rating 9.5” Samuel
